VMPC Security 2 Publisher Description

Is data on your computers secure against access of strangers? Archive files, emails, trade secrets, technical documentation, photos, films, presentations?

The only reliable solution is to encrypt this data.

Example data:
Alloy proportions: graphite 88%, kevlar 12%
after encryption have the form:
Kd52c9smfFNWS7do5kYeljQpJXoc84w5ctHZxG5nFdT
Its real content cannot be recovered without the password.
DEMO version VMPC Security 2 allows to test the application. It offers all the functions of the full version but the security level is reduced:
1. Passwords are cut to the first character. Data encrypted with an example password AX47F6 can be decrypted with Any Password beginning with A, e.g. AAA. It means that the security of encryption in the DEMO version is seriously limited (down to about 6 bits).
2. In passwords generated from random mouse moves only the first character can take on all possible values. The following characters come only as: small letters a,b,c; capital letters A,B,C or Digits 1,2,3. It means that passwords generated with the DEMO version are very easy to break.
3. Wiping files is limited to the first 10 KB (10 KB is about one tenth of a small photo). The remaining part of the file remains on disk unchanged and if the file is smaller than 10 KB it is not wiped at all. It means that files wiped with the DEMO version can be recovered almost completely.
Over 15.000 users secure their data with VMPC Security 2. It is a top-class application using encryption with strength of up to 512 bits to protect data even against government agencies. It enables to:
Encrypt Files and folders to securely send or archive them. Nobody without the password will be able to read their content.
Encrypt text messages and send them through email or have an on-line communicator encrypted talk.
Generate hard-to-break passwords from random mouse moves.
Wipe files from disk - their recovery will not be possible even in laborat
